As the 2025–26 academic year comes to a close, we’re rolling out a range of new features and enhancements across our applications to help customers prepare for a smooth start to the new school year.
We’ve also strengthened mentor training processes with automated reminders and completion deadlines, helping mentors stay up to date with outstanding modules. At the same time, reports are being shared with school partners to support DfE funding claims.
To help shape future improvements, we’ve invited users to share their feedback and experiences of our platform.
Our support team continues to work closely with customers, providing guidance on new functionality and helping make the placement process simpler, faster and more efficient.
