Empowering Our Team with GDPR Awareness Training
We recently organized a GDPR awareness training program for our team. The program commenced with an engaging presentation that highlighted the significance of GDPR and our roles in processing client data. The team responded enthusiastically to the presentation.
We believe that this program has helped us handle personal data safely and securely, and how to prevent data breaches etc.
To gauge the effectiveness of the training, we conducted a quiz for the attendees. We are delighted to share that the team achieved an impressive overall score of 90%. The positive response from the attendees has further reinforced our commitment to conducting this training on a periodic basis.

Your Security Is Our Top Priority
As Promised, Abyasa has implemented Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all our web based applications. MFA is a security feature that requires users to verify their identity using a QR Code to access their accounts. This will help the users to be more confident on preventing unauthorized access and having a protected account.
MFA is now available in the latest version of our software for all our clients. We hope this new feature will make users feel safer and more confident about online risks and threats.
Deployment Updates From Team Abyasa
We are excited to announce that we have successfully finished the Test Deployment of our application and we have introduced some New Features in SP1. The deployment team is now working on the Live deployment of our system, which will be completed soon.
To help you get familiar with the New Features of our application, we have held a Webinar on “New Features in SP1 Part 2” on 19th of July. This session will cover the functionalities of the new features and how you can use them to enhance your work. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about our application and ask any questions you may have.

Awarding Mentor Training Qualifications
Our support team has recently conducted an exclusive webinar session for our clients on setting up events and attendance. During the session, we demonstrated how to award mentor training qualifications using our admin module. We will be sending a recorded version of the session to all users who signed up for it.

We are delighted to inform you that we are ready with our annual application upgrade for all our customers.
Our applications include some exciting new features and improvements that will help our users work smarter and faster than ever before. A couple of highlighted features are:
- An enhanced timeline view for students and participants to let them focus on what tasks need to be completed in the current week
- Upgraded the reports section
- Enhanced the Events registration screens to allow award qualification for University staff
- Upgraded the process to manage Out of Sync students and their assessments
Our deployment manager is currently booking the deployment dates and planning the next stages of the process.
